My love for fitness started at a young age through competitive volleyball where I was introduced to resistance training and athletic performance training methods. It wasn’t until after college where I began learning and implementing the fundamentals of nutrition, training and holistic lifestyle habits.

I am a certified personal trainer through NASM and Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I love teaching women the basics to all aspects of the wellness realm whether it be hormones, training, nutrition, lifestyle hacks and more.

My mission and purpose in life is to encourage, educate, and empower women along their health and fitness journey! My goal is to help you reach yours.

I first became certified in the Super-Slow method in 2014, when I began working as a trainer and gym manager. I went on to get another personal training certification through NASM, and have continued to earn additional specializations along the way.

When I first stumbled into personal training, I had no idea how much I would love it and find such a passion for it. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to train so many amazing people over the years. I love being a part of the journey and helping people achieve their goals. I’m so blessed to do what I truly love in life. Outside of training, I love spending time with family and friends, surfing, going outside, and taking naps.

My personal training journey started in college, where I coached gymnastics and dance acrobatics.

I graduated in 2018 from the University of Concordia St. Paul with a degree in Exercise Science. I got my Personal Training Certification from NASM shortly after. I’ve always known I wanted to use my knowledge and experience to positively impact the health & fitness of the people in my community.

Throughout my years of training I’ve cultivated great relationships with my clients. I’ve worked with women through pregnancy, prepared them for special events, and continued to support them throughout their fitness journey. I love the idea of incorporating both strength training and Pilates into my clients’ routine!

Erika has made working out so fun for me. Her energy is so positive and motivating. She has so much patience and has really transformed my body, especially post-baby.
